1.1 Maidvy is a facilitation platform that connects customers with independent domestic staff (“Helpers”), including maids, cooks, nannies, babysitters, JAPA maids, patient caregivers, and all-rounders.
2.1 While Maidvy conducts a reasonable verification process for Helpers listed on the Platform, we do not guarantee the character, conduct, skill level, honesty, or continued availability of any Helper.
3.2 Maidvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or engagement of a Helper, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
3.3 The Platform, its content, and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Any timelines communicated by Maidvy, including for Helper placement, replacement, or query resolution, are indicative estimates only and are not guaranteed commitments, as they depend on factors beyond Maidvy's control such as Helper availability, location, and customer-specific requirements.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment gateways. Maidvy does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third parties. Access to any third-party website is at your own risk.
While Maidvy makes reasonable efforts to keep information on the Platform accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that any information, pricing, or content on the Platform is complete, accurate, reliable, or error-free at all times.
You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on information provided on the Platform, and for your own conduct and safety while engaging with a Helper or using the Services.
This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
