  • Communication records — call recordings, WhatsApp or email conversations with our team, for quality and dispute-resolution purposes.
  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, referring URLs, pages visited, and cookies (see the Cookies section below).

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for legitimate business purposes and is never sold. Primary uses include:

  • Delivering, personalising and improving the Maidvy Services.

  • Sending service updates, replacement communications and (with your consent) marketing offers.
Clause 03

How We Share Your Information

Maidvy shares your information only in the following limited scenarios:

  • With verification, communication or analytics service providers who are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • With regulators, tax authorities or courts where disclosure is required by applicable law.
  • With a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to the same privacy commitments.
Maidvy does not rent or sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes under any circumstances.
